 FRANCESINHAS

One of the typical Portuguese foods is francesinhas , we assure you that the flavor makes it worthy of its great recognition . The francesinhas originate from  Porto , although they have become so popular that they can be found in any corner of the country.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                                                   

                     

INGREDIENTS                                                PREPARATION
 -Sandwich bread                                      1º- Place a layer of sandwich bread
 -Ham                                                        2º- Cover with meat
 -Meat                                                       3º- Add a layer of ham
 -Bacon                                                     4º- Fry the egg and bacon
 -Egg                                                         5º- Place an egg layer
 -Melted cheese                                        6º- Then one of bacon
 -Spicy sauce                                            7º- Repeat the process
 -Potatoes                                                 8º- After forming several layers,cover with a layer
 -Oil                                                                of melted cheese and spicy sauce
                                                                 9º- Chop the potatoes
                                                               10º- Fry the potatoes
                                                               11º- Serve the Francesinhas accompanied by the
                                                                       potatoes
